Shelton Community Youth Night (S.C.Y.N.)

Help Needed: Cooks to help cook meals & committed Leaders to run the program.

Audience: unchurched youth. This program is for any youth in Shelton, with an emphasis on being a program that cares for youth that are hurting, lonely, bored, hungry or addicts.

Where:the C3 building located on railroad ave. Why? It is a non-threatening atmosphere, it’s close to other youth programs, offers great environment for hanging out & having meals together.

When: Thursday’s 6:00-8:00-starting Sept. 25

What will happen here: Eat dinner together, hang out, do some group activities, discuss life issues

Purpose: To meat the needs of youth in this community, some such needs are: something to do, a healthy family like environment, a healthy home cooked dinner, support for everyday life struggles, a place where you can truly come as you are and that’s OK.
